About the PM²4EUfunds Training Academy?
Description: This
dynamic two-day course is designed for participants aiming to delve into the
field of project management funded by the EU. It introduces them to the
fundamental concepts of the PM² project management methodology developed by the
European Commission, emphasizing its application in the context of EU-funded
projects. With a focus on practical implementation, students will be guided
through the basic project management phases: initiation, planning, execution,
monitoring, controlling, and closing. Through case studies, simulations, and
