Project name: Enchancing PM² Skills and Competencies for EU Funded Projects
Project acronym : PM²4EUfunds
The PM²4EUfunds modul is designed as an interdisciplinary set of lectures, practical classes, training and outreach activities aimed to bring the European PM² Methodology and its benefits closer to its broader stakeholders and potential user community.
The PM²4EUfunds Module is based on three main pillars: Teaching; Training; Outreach encompassing activities oriented towards three target groups: Students, CSOs & student activists; Academic community & General Public.
The general objective of the PM²4EUfunds Module is to sustainably promote excellence in the management of EU-funded projects by introducing European PM² Methodology through teaching, training and outreach activities aimed at students, CSOs & student activists and the broad academic community.
Furthermore, the Module seeks to increase the awareness, knowledge, and skills for successful, cost-effective preparation of a funding proposal and develop management capabilities for implementing EU-funded projects - towards common values of the European Union.

PM²4EUfunds Module - Three main pillars
In Serbia, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) are important players in the ongoing reforms, on the one hand as potential beneficiaries of funds and on the other hand as a catalyst of change and a vehicle for human progress and innovation. University of Novi Sad (UNS) is recognized as a reform-oriented HEI in the region and on the map of HEIs in Europe. Being the regional stronghold in education and research, UNS naturally attracts the best students and researchers. UNS is multidisciplinary, committed to excellence, producing well-qualified and competent graduates who find their place in the labor market.
This module is of great importance for the Republic of Serbia, as a candidate for the EU membership. The module has a direct impact on the target group through the the following specific objectives:
Expected medium and long-term effects of the project:
Jean Monnet Project “Enhancing PM² Skills and Competencies for EU Funded Projects” is implemented by experts from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. The project coordinator is Danijela Ćirić Lalić, PhD, Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. Beside the coordinator, project team consist of Bojan Lalić, PhD, Full Professor, Danijela Gračanin, Associate Professor, Uglješa Marjanović, Associate Professor and Milena Savković, MSc, Teaching Assistant, all coming from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management, University of Novi Sad.
